Etsy.com is an online marketplace which encourages users to “buy, sell, and live handmade.”  White Label was asked to theme a blog that was lively, fun, and gave our client the ability to make updates daily with her favorite Etsy items. The blog is called Etsy Item of the Day.  The client would be making posts from her home laptop that included text, pictures, links and videos. We customized this theme for the user friendly WordPress Content Management System (CMS).  This gave our client an easy to use interface to easily make changes from home.

This blogger also utilizes Twitter to help market her blog to those who support Etsy.com.  The account has several thousand followers, allowing the blogger to begin monetizing her efforts.  The blog has custom-designed ad space, which the blogger sells to those interested in advertising their Etsy products.  The advertising space is even sold directly on the blog’s site!
