  • Email Marketing Campaign

The Road Home is a shelter for families and individuals overcoming homelessness in the Salt Lake City area.  White Label worked with the Development Office staff at the shelter to implement successful email fundraising campaigns.  The campaign goals include allowing supporters to tell their friends and family about the organization, solicit donations from supporters, and raise awareness about new programs.

Each email campaign managed and executed by White Label includes a campaign summary report.  The quarterly campaign for The Road Home was sent to 5,000-7,500 supporters, and every detail of the campaign’s effectiveness was reported to the agency.  The report includes the total number of emails opened, each time the email is shared with friends and family, and the number of clicks on each link within the email campaign.

About-Us

The report also includes data for the organization to save time, future funds, and improve communication with supporters.  A complete list of undeliverable email addresses is given to the organization, which allows them to update their database.  The report also includes the number of supporters who indicated they would like to opt-out of future email campaigns, allowing The Road Home to have open dialogue with a donor’s solicitation preferences.

In recent months, the campaigns have generated an average 8 to 10 fold return on the organization’s cost.  Better still, the email fundraising campaigns are created and carried out by our design team, allowing for agency staff more time to focus on other efforts.
